Refund Policy

At AB Consultancy Services, we value the time, trust, and resources you invest in our services. To ensure transparency and a professional working relationship, we maintain a clear and comprehensive refund policy.

We understand that refund requests may arise, but since our work involves significant human effort and time investment, our refund terms are limited and based on the progress and approval stage of each project.

2. Pre-Project Assessment

Before beginning any project, our team conducts a detailed analysis of the client's brand, objectives, and existing digital footprint. This assessment ensures that we can deliver measurable and desirable results using our strategies.

3. Project Initiation and Approval

All projects are initiated with active communication and mutual agreement between both parties. We maintain transparency during every stage of development to prevent any misunderstanding or dispute.

Once a project's mock-up or concept is approved by the client, the project moves into the development phase. After this approval, all payments made become non-refundable, as our team begins execution and resource allocation.

4. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are not applicable once the project development has begun after approval of the initial mock-up or design.
• We do not offer partial refunds for work already completed or for projects discontinued midway.
• If the client chooses to discontinue services, they will be charged only for the completed portion of work up to that date.
• Any advance or deposit paid prior to project initiation is non-refundable once the project is approved and development begins.

5. Promotional or Time-Bound Projects

Payments made for special offers, discounts, or marketing-driven packages are non-refundable as these are time-bound engagements. Additionally, we do not provide refunds for temporary or short-term projects that exceed a 30-day period.

6. Service-Based Work

Our work is service-based and involves a combination of human skill, time, and digital strategy. Because services cannot be "returned" once delivered or executed, refund eligibility is limited to pre-development cancellations only.

7. Discontinuation of Services

If a client requests to terminate a project before completion, any pending future payments will be cancelled. However, no previous payments or deposits shall be refunded under any circumstances.

8. Client Agreement

By initiating a project or making a payment to AB Consultancy Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this refund policy.
